The Spiritual Science Research course is a practical educational course on individual spiritual development based on the teaching of Rudolf Steiner, focusing on Spiritual Science Research and Anthroposophical Meditation. Steiner’s Anthroposophical Spiritual Science is not only a revelation of spiritual perceptions but also a call for us to embark on a personal path of Inner Development, a vital prerequisite to fulfilling our mission here on Earth.
Since its beginning in 2018, more than 400 participants have taken the course, and it is currently (2025) facilitated in six languages.
The course consists of practical workshops and talks, each thematically interconnected. In every meeting, we immerse ourselves in the realm of supersensible ideas, principles, and phenomena introduced through the talks. These themes are then further explored in workshops, where we engage in research, Anthroposophical meditations, and perception exercises.

Lanzarote Research Course Fee: €180 Standard for the five workshops (the talks are separate).
The Research course workshops build on each other but can also be attended individually and are self-contained. It is also possible to participate in one, two or several workshops of the course.
One workshop participation is €35.

Four meditative evenings:
Steps of Inner Transformation: Anthroposophical Meditative Practice
with Inessa Burdich
The human being approaches wholeness when all members of our nature – thinking, the life and the astral bodies, and the I – are cultivated in harmony. Each requires care and development; only when they grow together can our inner life find balance and our path of transformation bear fruit.
This is a practical course in which we will work with anthroposophical meditation exercises with elements of research, as well as perceptive practices . Over the course of four evenings, we will cultivate fundamental moods of the soul, awaken perception of the etheric, seek purification of the astral body, and strengthen the I-presence.
Each evening will offer a short introduction, a meditative practice, and space for sharing and reflection.
You are warmly welcome to join the full course of four evenings, or simply to attend individual evenings as you wish.

29 October 2025 – How may we learn to perceive the weaving of the etheric?
3 November 2025 – How can we purify our astral body?
5 November 2025 – How can we strengthen the I-presence?

Why Lanzarote in October – November?

- Bright sunshine lasts about 11 hours each day: in November, sunrise is around 7 am and sunset is around 6 pm.
- A few kilometers of sandy beach – for walking meditation along the ocean.
