Join a Course

Online and in-person courses with Inessa Burdich, offered in different countries and languages.

Three research courses are currently offered:

• Spiritual Science Research
  A research course in anthroposophical meditation and practical supersensible investigation, consisting of seven themes presented over seven weekends – in person and online.

• Transformative Christology
  A course dedicated to researching Christ and divine beings as living spiritual realities and transformative powers, consisting of seven themes presented over seven weekends – in person.

• Seven Fundamental Exercises
  A practical exploration of Rudolf Steiner’s Seven Fundamental Exercises, presented over two weekends – online.

All three courses follow a learning-by-doing approach centred on meditation, inner practice and supersensible research.

As of Spring 2026, more than 500 participants have taken part in these courses, offered in seven languages.
