These Terms and Conditions explain how this website and the psychological consulting services offered through it operate.

This website belongs to an independent psychological practice based in Germany, providing psychological consulting services to clients worldwide, both online and in person.

The practice is operated by a single practitioner.


3. Nature of Services

The services provided are psychological consulting and psychological support services. They are intended to support self-understanding, emotional wellbeing, and personal development.

These services:

  • are not medical services
  • do not include psychiatric treatment
  • do not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency care

4. No Medical or Psychiatric Advice (Disclaimer)

All information provided on this website and during sessions is for supportive and educational purposes only.

The practitioner:

  • does not provide medical diagnoses
  • does not provide psychiatric diagnoses
  • does not prescribe medication

Psychological consulting is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.

5. Client Responsibility

Psychological consulting is a collaborative process. By using the services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing
  • Any decisions or actions taken following sessions are your own responsibility
  • Individual results vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed

6. Eligibility

The services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older.

If services are provided to minors, this requires explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.


7. Online Sessions

Online sessions are conducted via secure third-party platforms, such as Zoom.

While reasonable measures are taken to protect confidentiality, online communication may involve technical risks beyond the practitioner’s control. Complete security of online communication cannot be guaranteed.

The practitioner is not responsible for internet disruptions, technical issues, or failures of third-party platforms.

Late arrival to an online session may result in reduced session time without refund, as the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.


8. In-Person Sessions

For in-person sessions, clients agree to:

  • arrive on time
  • respect the agreed session duration
  • follow applicable health and safety rules

Late arrival may result in a reduced session time without refund.


9. Confidentiality

All sessions are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional and legal obligations.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving serious and immediate risk of harm, or where disclosure is required by a court or other legal authority.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the current fees and booking conditions as presented at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed, sessions that are missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with insufficient notice will be charged in full, in accordance with the conditions presented at the time of booking.

All content on this website, including text and materials, is the intellectual property of the practitioner unless stated otherwise.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the practitioner is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from:
