How is knowledge of the higher worlds achieved in the sense of spiritual (non-physical) development? Anthroposophy is a spiritual path through which we can eventually become conscious in higher worlds. We all have the potential for this, and Anthroposophy brings means of realising this potential.
An inner training is necessary for which we must be both self-directed and acquire a well-developed sense of morality and compassion. These enable us to endure all the trials that can come on our way. In the talk, we discuss some of the practical methods of self-knowledge and particular stages on the Path.
